Use a six row table with the row heights adjusted so that just six rows fit on the page.

    Hello, john carr 1372

Thanks for raising your concerns here.

Creating evenly spaced tickets in Microsoft Word within Microsoft 365 involves using a table or label template. Here's a step-by-step guide:

    Using a Label Template:

    1. Select a Label Template:
      • Go to Mailings > Labels > Options.
      • Choose a label vendor and product that matches your ticket size. For example, Avery templates (like 5163) work well for evenly spaced tickets. As shown here:
    2. Customize the Template:
      • After selecting a label template, click New Document to open a preformatted grid.
      • Fill each label with the ticket details (text, images, etc.). As shown here:
    3. Print the Tickets: **** Go to File > Print, and select your printer. Ensure the alignment matches your label sheet.

For more detailed instructions on creating numbered tickets using Word's Mail Merge feature, you can refer to this Microsoft Community discussion: word 2013 tickets sequentially numbered - Microsoft Community

If you have any specific questions or need further assistance with any of these steps, feel free to ask!

    Sincerely,
