Windows Server 2012 R2 failed to install cab update package using dism command
These cab files are copied from another system which can be automatically updated on the Internet. The installation error occurred with the error code of 0x800f0816. Trying other packages and using the dism + + tool also failed.

Not sure what is meant. There is no link between TechNet forums and QnA forums. Only English forums are currently in migration process. zh-CN forums have not started migration.
