SwiftKey resizing

I was using Microsoft SwiftKey and then by mistake, I messed up my keyboard's size, now I am trying to return it back to this size it was, and it never works, the pervious size was a full screened keyboard's size (the convenient layout for me) and right now it never gets larger, how do I fix this?

The size before (which I want)

The size now (I want to change it)

The problem is, it never gets larger than the size shown in the picture under, which is weird it was working before?!

    Hi HAMDAN HABIB

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand your frustration with the resizing issue in Microsoft SwiftKey. Here's how you can try restoring your SwiftKey keyboard to the full-screen size:

    1. Open the SwiftKey keyboard in any app.
    2. Tap the three dots (⋯) on the toolbar.
    3. Select “Resize.”
    4. Drag the boundary boxes outward to expand the keyboard to full screen.
    5. If it still looks off, tap the “Reset” button to revert to the default size.

Alternatively, you can go through the app settings:

    • Open the Microsoft SwiftKey app.
    • Tap “Layout & keys.”
    • Choose “Resize” and adjust from there.

If none of that works and the keyboard still refuses to scale up, it might be stuck in a mode like “Thumb” or “One-handed”. In that case:

    • Tap the three dots again.
    • Choose “Modes.”
    • Switch to “Full” mode before resizing.

And if all else fails, a quick uninstall and reinstall of SwiftKey can reset everything—just be aware that it may wipe saved clips and photo themes.

    Best Regards,
