“Recurrence" trigger does not appear

I’m experiencing with Power Automate. Specifically, the "Recurrence" trigger does not appear as an available option when I attempt to create a new flow.  Could you please advise on how I might resolve it? If there are any prerequisites or licensing requirements that I may have overlooked, I would appreciate your guidance. Please let me know if you need any further information.
