Facebook Authenticator app issue

So I got a new phone and my Facebook was signed in for the authenticator app. I am trying to login back onto my Facebook but it’s asking me for the code. I am unable to retrieve the code because I got a new phone I need help. can someone help me with this issue?

    Hi Malaysia, I'm Kelvin an Independent Adviser. I know how stressful it is having trouble with Authenticator app.

    Since your old phone is no longer available. Kindly go to Facebook login page → click on Having a trouble? → then follow the steps on how to recover the account using back ups and other methods → or you may visit this page https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/357439354... → click Visit Help Center → choose Login, Recovery and Security → then select I can't access the email or mobile number on my account → then follow the next steps
