Question

I purchased a system that came with 365 Personal for 1 year. Why can't I use it?

It's coming up as basic and it should be personal. I contacted the retailer and they told me to contact Microsoft.

If an Office subscription came preinstalled on a new computer, find out from the retailer or computer manufacturer how to activate the product.
