Can’t scan QR code

Question

Hi,

I have a new phone and need to connect my authenticator app to login into our account. When I try to scan the QR code my scanner is black. I checked and the app has access to my camera. I also can’t enter the code manually as my keyboard only allows me to input numbers, not numbers and letters.

Please help me regain access to my account.
