Timeout Due to Pre-Check Delay
Hi Team,
I am writing to report an issue I experienced while attempting to take the AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies exam.
During the check-in process, the system formalities took longer than expected. By the time I completed the pre-exam steps, the OnVUE platform displayed a message stating that the exam window could not be opened due to a timeout. As a result, I was unable to access the exam panel and begin the test.
I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling the exam or providing guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue.
