Did you check if your OneDrive is syncing? Try closing it, right click OneDrive icon on the system tray and close it then re-open it. The "Availability Status Error" and red X icons you're seeing on files and apps like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in Windows 11 typically indicate a sync issue, most often related to OneDrive.
Or you can right-click the affected file > OneDrive > Uncheck “Always keep on this device”. This will force OneDrive to re-sync your files.
