Profile Address Error Message

I have entered my address and it rejects it, highlighting the city. I have tried all local cities and zip codes and it looks as if it is thinking, but nothing happens.

I cannot subscribe without the address in my profile. Please help.

    Hello Levitsky Management, thanks for posting this in our community. Some users who encountered the same issue were able to resolve it by using the extended ZIP code format instead of the standard 5-digit one. For example, entering something like 12345-6789 helped bypass the error and allowed them to save their profile successfully.
