Hello Marina Diogo, well, I hate to say this but you're not alone in this issue. Take a look at the recent asks, you will see several questions that concern about the same issue.
The fact is, PDF viewing in Microsoft 365 for the web is not included as part of the Cloud. That's why you can't see it. From what I know, MS is in the process of deprecating the feature over the coming months, and are not supporting this integration as part of the Cloud Storage Partner Program.
I don't think MS is gonna fix it anytime soon, guess we have to do some workaround meanwhile, I would suggest a few, hope it works:
Option 1: Unblock the PDF file manually:
- Right-click the PDF file.
- Select Properties.
- If you see a checkbox labeled “Unblock” at the bottom, check it and click Apply.
- This tells Windows you trust the file and allows previewing.
Option 2: Move the file to a trusted location:
- Files stored in certain folders (like Downloads) may be flagged.
- Try moving the PDF to a folder like
DocumentsorDesktop.
Let me know the result, okay?
