Can't log into authenticator

I changed phones today... the process was going great until it came to Microsoft Authenticator!
I opened the app in my old phone, clicked on cloud backup... which great it all synced. Then came the problems...
I logged into my new phone with the my main email address ******@outlook.com and preceded to uninstall the old app off my phone. Now I am locked out of my app because it needs me to confirm the log in but i cant get into the account on my authenticator app!
What am I supposed to do?
