GitHub Actions exam rescheduling issue

I attempted to take my GitHub Actions exam, but due to a network connection issue, I couldn't complete it. After few retries, I saw an option to reschedule the exam, but when I went to portal the certification wasn't showing up in list. Could you please help me figure out how to do it?User's image

    Once your exam appointment date/time has passed it will be removed from Learn
