For the past few weeks, the number showing the amount of email unread in Outlook is completely wrong.
Here it says 10 emails while there was only 1. It happens with both "Focused" and "Other" inbox.
I tried to log out, uninstall and re-install the app and still this is happening. Anybody knows how to fix it please?

Thank you. I see that as fixed in the documents. I recommend contacting an agent who would have a better idea, since this is a user-user support forum.
