    Dear Gøran Larsen,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Thank you for sharing the details. Based on your description, the issue occurs when you try to log in to Microsoft Loop invitations, but the page does not respond and seems stuck in a loading loop.

This behavior can happen for several reasons, most commonly related to authentication or browser settings. Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Check Loop Availability and Permissions

Ensure your organization has Loop components enabled in Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

    • Go to Admin Center > Settings > Org Settings > Loop components.
    • Confirm that your account has a valid Microsoft 365 license that supports Loop. Contact your IT admin to confirm Loop is fully enabled for your tenant. If you need help finding your admin, please see: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

    2. Clear Browser Cache or Try Another Browser

Clear cookies and cache in your current browser.

Alternatively, try signing in using InPrivate/Incognito mode or a different browser (Edge, Chrome).

    1. Verify Authentication

Make sure your sign-in completes any Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) steps.

If you are already signed in to other Microsoft apps, try signing out and logging in again.

If you try these steps and still experience the problem, please share:

    • A screenshot of the page where it gets stuck.
    • Whether this happens for all invitations or just specific ones.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you run into any issues while trying the steps, or if something still doesn’t feel quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. I’ll do my best to support you however I can.

Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.

    Warm regards,

The issue you are experiencing with the login invitations resulting in a loop can be due to several factors. One common reason is related to cross-tenant access settings. If you see a message indicating that the invitation is blocked by cross-tenant access settings, this means that your administrator needs to configure these settings to allow the invitation to be accepted.

Additionally, if your corporate email address is linked to a personal Microsoft account, this could also lead to issues during the login process. In such cases, it is recommended to rename your personal Microsoft account to avoid conflicts.

If you are encountering a looping issue specifically when trying to add a passkey in Microsoft Authenticator, this could be due to Conditional Access policies that require phishing-resistant authentication.

For more detailed troubleshooting steps, you may want to consult the relevant documentation or reach out to your administrator for assistance.
