Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.

It seems you are encountering a "403 Forbidden" error when trying to register for the AZ-104 exam through Pearson VUE. This error typically indicates that there is an issue with permissions or access rights related to the account you are using or the specific request being made.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Your Account: Ensure that you are logged into the correct Microsoft account that is associated with your certification profile.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve unexpected issues.
    3. Try a Different Browser: If the issue persists, try accessing the registration page using a different web browser or in incognito mode.
    4. Contact Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it may be best to reach out to Pearson VUE support for assistance. They can provide more specific guidance related to your account and the error message you are receiving.

If you continue to experience difficulties, consider checking the Microsoft Learning blog or contacting Microsoft support for further assistance.
