Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hi Graham, it sounds like Firefox is loading the raw HTML instead of the full Outlook interface, which usually happens when scripts or stylesheets aren’t being processed correctly.
This can be caused by corrupted cache, strict privacy settings, or an extension blocking essential scripts.
A good first step is to clear the cache and cookies for outlook.office.com, then restart Firefox. If that doesn’t help, try disabling any ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily and check if Enhanced Tracking Protection is set to “Strict”, switching it to “Standard” or adding an exception for Outlook often fixes this.
Also make sure Firefox is up to date. If the issue still shows up, does it happen in a Private Window or only in your main profile?
That will tell us if the problem is with your profile settings.
