when I click the share button on the page, it copies link automatically to my clipboard.

and the copied link starts with https://amazon.sharepoint.com/:fl:/g/contentstorage instead of https://loop.cloud.microsoft/ , and it can not be reached within the company network.

It says, Looks like you do not have access to the Copilot. Contact your administrator to get access to Copilot. on sharepoint page.

I can share only via the copy the loop page url manually from the browser after adjust the link scope. it really annoys me and prevent my team to write a thing on the loop

Dear @Lee, DongGyun,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I am happy to assist you.

When you click Share > Page link in Loop, it may take a few moments before the correct sharing window appears.

In some cases, Loop initially copies a temporary link or an internal placeholder link, which can cause confusion. If you wait for about 10 seconds, the proper sharing dialog should appear.

Once that window appears, please copy the link again, the updated link should correctly point to your Loop workspace instead of the incorrect SharePoint URL.

I understand and apologize for this inconvenience behavior. At the moment, the exact cause of this delay is not fully clear, as it can depend on several factors such as network conditions, caching, or how Loop processes link generation internally. Waiting a short moment before copying the link usually allows Loop to finish preparing the correct URL.

Since this is an unexpected behavior affecting your workflow, submit feedback through Settings > Help & Feedback > Give Feedback > Report a problem option in Loop. This helps Microsoft acknowledge the issue and release a fix.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out. I am are here to help. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

It seems you are experiencing issues with the sharing functionality in Loop, specifically regarding the automatic copying of links to your clipboard that do not direct to the intended Loop page. This behavior may be linked to the permissions and sharing settings configured in your organization.

    To address this:

    1. Ensure that your organization has enabled external sharing for Loop workspaces. If external sharing is not allowed, it might restrict access to the shared content.
    2. Check if you have the necessary permissions to access the Copilot feature. If you encounter messages indicating a lack of access, it may be necessary to contact your administrator to verify your permissions.
    3. As a workaround, you can manually copy the Loop page URL from your browser and adjust the link scope as needed, which you mentioned is currently your method of sharing.

If the problem persists, consider reporting this behavior to your IT department or Microsoft support for further assistance, as it may be a bug or configuration issue within your organization’s Loop setup.
