The helper tool is total shit, I have been going in circles for days and there is no end in sight. Can't get in touch with a human and I have important mail that I can't access. It sucks that Microsoft holds the corner on the market and can't help anyone fix the issues they created.

That is from Oct 2025. Your Windows Update is broken. That is not something I can help you with.
I would suggest you start a new thread on that specific issue (use the "Ask a question" button on the top of this page) or Contact Microsoft Support so they can examine your system.

If that is the latest update installed, this is an ongoing problem with Outlook after the January KB5074109 Update, that update is affecting Outlook POP accounts, this is being reported by many people after that update, some people have reported if you uninstall the Windows update, that will resolve the problem.
