    Dear @SANTHANARAJ MAGIMAI RAJ

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Is there a problem with your Office app?

Are you using a work/school account or a personal account?

Does an error message pop up? (e.g., 'Something went wrong' or 'Unlicensed Product'). Please help me take a screenshot.

Is Office on the web working fine for you right now?

Based on that information, I will be able to suggest the most appropriate next step for you.

    Looking forward to your response!

If your MS Office software is not functioning, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Repair Office Installation: If the quick repair option does not resolve the problem, perform a full repair of your Office installation. You can do this by:
      • Opening the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu).
      • Going to Apps, then scrolling down to find Microsoft Office.
      • Selecting it and choosing Modify - Online Repair.
    2. Check Graphics Drivers: If the issue persists, it may be related to your graphics drivers. You can check if you have an affected Intel graphics driver and update it to version 26.20.100.7262 or later. To check your driver:
      • In Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound > Device Manager.
      • Expand the Display adapters item and check the driver version.
    3. Disable Hardware Acceleration: If updating the driver is not an option, you can manually disable hardware acceleration in Office:
      • In any Office application, select File > Options.
      • In the Advanced pane, select the Disable hardware graphics acceleration check box and click OK.
    4. Reinstall Office: If none of the above solutions work, consider completely uninstalling Office, restarting your PC, and then downloading and reinstalling Office from your Microsoft account.

Following these steps should help resolve the issues with MS Office not functioning properly.
