I'm trying to create an alias email connected to my existing email before I purchase services for a blog I am starting. I followed all my copilot's instructions, but it wants to send a verification code to my new alias email address and there is no way for me to access it that I can see. It's not on my account profile or synced or found anywhere on my existing email

Did you follow these instructions? If not, where is what you did different?

    Hello

Security contact info is found at https://account.live.com > Security > Manage how I sign in. Changing alias doesn't change security info automatically, so make sure you update there as well.

To create an alias email connected to your existing email, you typically need to follow the steps provided in your email service's settings. However, if the system is sending a verification code to the new alias email address and you are unable to access it, it may indicate that the alias has not been properly set up or linked to your main account.

In Microsoft 365, for example, you can add an alias by going to the admin center, selecting the user, and managing their username and email under the aliases section. Make sure that the new alias is correctly added and that you have access to it. If the alias is not visible in your account profile or synced, you might need to check if the alias was created successfully or if there are any issues with your account settings.

If you continue to have trouble, you may want to consult the support documentation or contact customer support for assistance with your specific email service.
