The verification code generated in the authenticator app doesn't work on the Rockstar Games app.

Question

Hello, I did a factory reboot of my PC. After that, I downloaded all my game launchers, and for the Rockstar Game Launcher, I lost access to my account and games! The code generated in my authenticator app doesn't work. I tried to delete the Rockstar account on my authenticator application, and it changed nothing. So I took one of my old phones that still has the authenticator app in it and got the 30-sec code again, but nothing worked. I asked Rockstar Game Support for help; they asked me to contact Microsoft Support, so that's what I did, and now Microsoft Support leads me to Rockstar Game Support again. I don't know what to do anymore, and I don't want to lose the game I bought with my money. The only thing I want is to remove the 2FA from my Rockstar account.
