Inconsistent Analytics Data in Microsoft Store (Highlights Section)
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the analytics data in my Microsoft Store dashboard.
In the "Highlights" section, one of my games showed 4366 views, but after a few hours, the number suddenly dropped significantly. This inconsistency seems unusual and concerning.
I downloaded the TSV report and reviewed the data, and it appears there may be discrepancies or possible data inaccuracies.
Could you please help me understand:
- Why the analytics numbers (especially Highlights) are changing unexpectedly?
- Whether there is a delay, filtering, or correction mechanism affecting these numbers?
- If the TSV data reflects the final accurate numbers or if it is also subject to change?
I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and confirm whether this is a reporting delay or a potential error.
