Added header rows

I am trying to create a print set up where the top rows of spreadsheet prints on each page. When I go to Page Set Up/ Sheet, "rows to repeat at top" is grayed out. Where do I add the rows at top?

"Rows to repeat at top" is disabled when certain conditions are met. To enable it and set header rows:

1. Make sure only one worksheet is selected.
   • If multiple sheets are grouped, right‑click any selected sheet tab and choose Ungroup Sheets.
2. Exit cell editing mode.
   • Press Enter or Esc if the cursor is inside a cell’s formula bar.
3. Make sure no chart or object is selected on the sheet.
   • Click any normal cell to clear the chart selection.
4. Confirm a printer is installed.
   • The Print Titles command (and its options) will be dimmed if there is no printer installed.
5. Set the rows to repeat:
   • Go to the worksheet.
   • On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Print Titles.
   • On the Sheet tab, under Print titles, click in Rows to repeat at top.
   • Either type the row reference (for example, $1:$1 for the first row), or use the Collapse Dialog button to select the header row(s) directly on the sheet.
   • Click OK, then print.

These rows will now appear at the top of every printed page.
