I am trying to add a section to a Copilot Project but there is not folder icon, hover over project name does not open a pop-up window or clicking next to the Project name does not work. All of these ideas is what Copilot told me was how to add a section. None of these work. Copilot noted there are many different version of Copilot Project layout & menus. Please I want to add a section it should be easyScreenshot (376)

    Hello Fred Haefeli,

Copilot Projects in the consumer app is still being rolled out in waves, and different accounts are seeing slightly different UI variants right now. There isn't an official support article yet on how to add a "section," so the steps Copilot itself walked you through (the folder icon, hovering the project name, and so on) look like the model guessing at its own interface rather than describing what's actually in your build.

A couple of things might be worth trying:

    • Look for a small "…" menu, either on the project tile in the left sidebar or next to the project name at the top of the chat, since in some variants that's where the section and rename options seem to live.
    • Open the same project on both copilot.microsoft.com and the Copilot desktop app, because the available controls can differ between the two surfaces.

If neither of those surfaces anything useful, it's likely that your account just hasn't been flighted that part of the UI yet. In that case, the most helpful thing you can do is send a quick note through the feedback option inside Copilot, so the team knows the in-product guidance is pointing people to controls that aren't actually there for everyone.

    Thank you for your understanding.
