Redeem code

Question

I used a code to receive the Fanta promotion car in forza horizon 6 and redeemed the code on the Xbox app because I play on pc, my Xbox and steam account are linked and can launch forza off of both launchers, but when I check my cars in game the promotion car doesn't show up. Is there a way to fix this or get the car to show up?. I have the receipt and emails for the car as well.
