To turn off Outlook automatically adding events (like flights) from email to your calendar in Outlook on the web/Outlook.com:

    1. At the top of Outlook on the web, select Settings (gear icon).
    2. Select Calendar > Events from email.
    3. Do one of the following:
      • To completely turn this off, select Don't add events to my calendar from email (classic Outlook on the web), or
      • Clear Automatically add events to my calendar from email (new Outlook on the web).
    4. If preferred, instead of turning it off entirely, uncheck specific event types (such as Flights, Hotel reservations, Car rentals, Package delivery, Dining reservations, Events, or Bills) under Add these events to my calendar from email.
    5. Save changes if prompted.

This stops Outlook from creating new calendar events from incoming emails for the types you’ve disabled.

In Outlook on the web, you can change these preferences via Settings > Calendar > Events from email.
