I was wondering if Copilot is completely down or something? within the test canvas of all my agents, I am receiving this issue:

An unexpected error has occurred. We're looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: e58c473d-2a44-4bd7-a38b-a8cc3d8a65e3. Time (UTC): 6/11/2026 8:18:47 AM.

I've resolved such an issue before when I received this through a binding problem between teams and copilot. But now this is occurring within the test canvas of a agent.

What I tried:

  • I tried opening the agents within incognito mode to see if it was a caching problem, it wasn't
  • I checked the admin center to see if it was a maxing of my dataverse resources but it's not that either.

Is it something on Microsofts Side that they are trying to resolve?

The problem has been resolved, as mentioned before Microsoft had received multiple service requests reporting the same issue since yesterday. Based on general observations, this may be related to recent monthly rollouts or intermittent backend technical glitches.

If the issue were to occur again we must do the following:

    1. Test the agent behavior in the Test Canvas
    2. Test within Microsoft Teams
    3. Test in Microsoft Teams via a web browser
    4. Run the command /debug clearstate

If all tests above failed then it is best to reach out to the Microsoft Support team to resolve said issue, since most likely at that point it's a backend issue that they need to resolve themselves.
