The 6-digit client portal is not being accepted. I am not receiving a text or a phone call as a secondary method. How do I correct this as I can't get into the system to make any changes.

If you have access to another tenant or subscription where you still have Global Administrator privileges, you may also raise a support request from there to get assistance in restoring access to the affected tenant.
