Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Please do not upload a very large Memory.dmp file.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.

ACPI_BIOS_ERROR (0xA5) means the computer BIOS is not fully compliant with the ACPI specification.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Update the BIOS/UEFI firmware
This is the primary fix for 0xA5. Get the latest BIOS update from the laptop manufacturer and install it using the manufacturer’s instructions.
    2. Disconnect external hardware
Remove USB devices, docks, printers, and other external hardware, then start the laptop again. Unsupported hardware can contribute to this stop error.
    3. Remove or replace recently added hardware
If RAM, storage, or another device was added recently, remove it temporarily and test again.
    4. Check Device Manager for driver problems
Open Device Manager and look for devices with a yellow exclamation mark. Update or remove problem drivers.
    5. Check Event Viewer
Open Event Viewer and review the System log for critical errors that happened at the same time as the blue screen.
    6. Run hardware diagnostics from the laptop manufacturer
This helps identify firmware or hardware faults.
    7. Run Windows Memory Diagnostics
In Control Panel, search for Memory, then select Diagnose your computer's memory problems. After the test, check Event Viewer for MemoryDiagnostics-Results.

If the error happens during Windows setup or after a BIOS change, BIOS incompatibility is a common cause. If a BIOS update is not available or does not help, the system manufacturer must provide a compatible BIOS.
