MediaElement plays video/audio with no sound on real iPhone

I used Xamarin Community Toolkit's MediaElement to play video/audio on my app. But on my real device, there's no sound. But when I used an iPhone simulator, it played with sound. My iPhone was set to the highest volume. If I open video on the internet (not using the app), I can hear sound. What can cause MediaElement to play with no sound on a real device?
On Android, MediaElement plays with no issue.

In addition, may I ask do you try to setVolumeofMediaElement? And would you mind sharing the video url to test? -

2021-11-08T13:11:12.61+00:00 @Wenyan Zhang (Shanghai Wicresoft Co,.Ltd.) I checked the settings. "Do Not Disturb" is not turned on. Even though this is not my phone, I did hear once in a while the ringing when there was incoming call. And the phone is not connected to an external device.
The Volume of MediaElement was not set at first since I know it would be 1 by default. But to be explicit, I later set it to 1. Still there is no sound.

It plays with sound on simulator, but no sound on the iPhone.I created a sample project with only MediaElement . The above link is hardwired to MediaElement's Source. But I cannot install it on the phone. So I cannot test it. I guess it has something to do with bundle signing.
