@Miguel Angel Fuentes Thanks for reaching out. Does this appear when you open a tile pinned to an Azure Dashboard? In which case, you may have to remove the tile or re-configure it appropriately.
Meanwhile, I just tried accessing the site mentioned in your screenshot and it looks like it is live indeed. Could you please recheck?

I will try to explain the problem better:
I tried to remove a service plan from the application, but the portal reported a dependency with an application, I tried to remove that but the portal reports an error again, the application is still "running" and it is impossible to remove it. I tried to remove it with powershell but nothing happens.

if i search in the app services apps the app keeps running, clicking on it i get the above mentioned error.

@Miguel Angel Fuentes Thank you for providing the additional context, it helps. I'm trying to check the internal details for your application at our end and it does seem like there are some issues.

While I check on the next steps with our Product group, could you please try the following alternatives to delete the App Service:

Azure PowerShell: Remove-AzWebApp -ResourceGroupName "disuptivewordpress" -Name "APPinsightsprod" -Force

Azure CLI: az webapp delete --name APPinsightsprod --resource-group disuptivewordpress --debug

Also, did you try deleting the resource group itself if these are the only resources left in it? If that doesn't help, could you please try scaling up your app service plan and then back down again and then try deleting it?

Do let us know your findings for each of the above so we identify the right action to take to handle this issue. Thank you for your understanding.

@BhargaviAnnadevara-MSFT I have already tried the commands you comment and although they are executed correctly, the resource is not deleted.
Obviously, the resource group cannot be deleted because it still contains this resource.

well, I have already worked with the support of MS in the case and the solution was to create an application with the same name and later delete it.
I appreciate your support in this case.
