Hi,
I have created a Redis cluster and configured RDB persistence. I had a previously created storage account which I used when configuring persistence.
For some reason I cannot see RDB files in my storage account and I couldn't understand what I am missing.
Can you confirm the storage account is located in the same region as the Redis cluster? Make sure you have configured the correct First Storage Key in the settings. How are you checking the storage account? Try accessing the data via storage explorer either in the portal or through the download application.

The Redis cluster and storage account are located in the same region. Regarding the storage key I had two option to choose from, either the Primary or the Secondary, I chose the Primary. I am checking the storage account simply by accessing it from the portal.
