The spawned process exited with non-zero exit code!! SSRS report connection Build is not working

SSRS report connection with Oracle database(12 c) is not working, in SSRS report(VS 2017 SSDT) Datasource configuration level Build button is not enabling to make the connection string.

To resolve that issue downloaded the setup file from the oracle website ODTwithODAC while installing the setup I got the below error and failed the installation.

"The spawned process exited with non-zero exit code!!"

kindly let me know how to resolve this issue

    Hi @karthick ks ,
    You cannot connect to an Oracle data source because you cannot install the ODTwithODAC "Oracle Universal Installer with Odac" for Visual Studio. The issue is not from SSRS, you should seek help from Visual Studio and Oracl experts.
    By the way, when you report an error at any time, please provide the error message and screenshot as much as possible, as well as your version information, it will be easier to solve your issue.
