Does this website have a dark mode?

HI! I was wondering if it's possible to somehow set a dark mode for this great website, since I'm sensitive to light, specifically white backgrounds, and frequently get migraines, in particular while reading computer screens. I know this isn't related to the contents, but maybe other users also have this issue. The tags might not be related.
