Hi @Abdelhamid Atrous , there aren't any specific documents about this but admins should be able to do everything customers can do, as long as you have the correct permissions. This thread talks about inserting table data, but they need the proper permissions to do so. Are you receiving any errors while doing this, or are you asking generally?

I am an administrator. I have all the authorizations and licenses on Micorsoft 365 and on business central, but impossible to create a table or delete a contact on Business central !!!
I thought maybe it's Microsoft's security policy. that is to say that the administrator cannot also be a user at the same time
Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing? Unless you haven't made yourself an admin somehow or Business central isn't synced with AAD, I'm not sure why this would be the case.
usually admin automatically have rights of normal users. There may be some problem with this specific admin account. Is it possible for you to try that with another admin account?
Also what exact admin do you mean? Is it global admin, admin of Azure resource group where storage account is located or something else?
