This warning message indicates that Media Services is not able to access the keys from the associated storage account. Storage account keys authorize access to data in your storage account. If you rotate the storage account keys, Media Services will no longer have any access to the storage account, and you will not be able to use the majority of Media Services functionality. If you have not rotated your storage account keys, this warning does not indicate that there is any current issue with usage of your Media Services account. However, we highly recommend the use of the UI to update the storage account associated with Media Services to prevent any issues in the future. This issue could occur if you had previously moved your Media Services account and/or the associated storage account to a different subscription or resource group. Clicking the update selection button will allow you to select the correct storage account that should be associated with your Media Services account after which Media Services will be able to synchronize any changes that have or will be made to your storage account keys. Synchronization of storage account keys will also occur for any future moves of your Media Services account and/or the associated storage account to a different subscription or resource group.
Storage Account Not Found
Hello,
I need your help.
Without anything changed on the configurations for the azure account the following message appeared:
"One or more storage accounts used by Media Services cannot be found, update them to avoid issues with storing your media content."
This is happening on the Media Service Configuration.
I have double checked and the storage account exists and is valid...
On the Media Service Configuration i have the following button Update Selection..
Because this is the production Enviroment i would like to know what are the consequences of the me doing this operation (Update Selection).
Note: I erased the sensative information..
Thanks
