A customer's bot stops responding unexpectedly
The problem is that every month (sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less) the Bot stops responding unexpectedly, causing HTTP 502 Bad Gateway errors.
We do not know the origin or cause of the problem, but we have been solving it by creating a new secret in App Registration, and configuring it in the "MicrosoftAppPassword" parameter of the App Configuration of the App Service corresponding to the Bot.
In addition, it should be noted that we reset this secret every time it happens, and it has an expiration date of 6 months, so it seems strange to us that expires in the first month.
I searched many forums about it, and I didn't find any information.
It should be noted that when I reset the secret and reconfigure it in the App Service, the Bot responds normally again.
PS: Restarting the App Service doesn't work at all, nor does changing the Direct Line secret. It only works for me, reset the App Registration Secret.
