Login Loop

When I try to login to my work account to add the Azure DevOps Boards plugin in Teams, I get stuck in a login loop.

  1. Click Azure Boards plugin in Teams
  2. It says I need to sign in
  3. Enter username & password
  4. The 'Pick an account' screen pops up with my account signed in
  5. Click my account
  6. Go to 4

The same happens on this site https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com (I was trying to post this issue there, but can't login!)

My account works fine in all other places eg DevOps, Azure Portal

    Hi!

    Does this issue persist in Teams web client?

    Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
    As far as I know, the other apps are just integrated with Microsoft Teams and Teams doesn’t change the settings or functions about the app. Therefore, we recommend you try to sign in Azure DevOps Boards to check if the same issue appears not within Teams.

    Also, you can try to clean your Teams client cache file and restart the client to see if it works for you.
