Microsoft Bookings email confirmation shows different time than what's added on Outlook calendar

We're encountering an issue where a MS Bookings confirmation email shows a meeting is scheduled 1 hour earlier than how the meeting is being displayed in the Outlook calendar. It's been confirmed by the client and staff member that the meeting time that's shown in the Outlook calendar is correct and that the email confirmation is wrong.

Example:
Confirmation Email: 11:00am - 12:00pm CST
How the meeting appears in the Outlook calendar: 12:00pm - 1:00pm CST

We initially thought it had something to do with time zones, but we've checked our time zone settings in Bookings as well as on the machines for both the staff member and the client, and everything matches up to have the same time zone. For some reason though, the meeting confirmation email is displaying the wrong meeting time.

Any ideas on why this 1hr time difference issue is occurring on the email confirmation?

Thanks for any help or insights!
Alec

Still no update on this? I'm creating appointments using the bookings API. I get the correct time on Virtual Appointments Calendar, correct time on the Bookings calendar but the auto email sent to the customer contains the incorrect time? Surely it's all the same functionality? - How do I correct the time on the email? If i send to a gmail account the booking information produced by google to add to my google calendar shows the correct time but the time generated by Microsoft in the body is incorrect
