Issue where the device's screen froze and then your only option is to conduct a force shutdown

I already check the event viewer and encountered this error:

Event 1000, Application Error.
Faulting application name: svchost.exe_DoSvc, version 10.0.18362.1 time stamp: 0x32d6c210

    Hello,

Suggest you to run System File Checker scan:

    1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.
    2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
    3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.
    4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.

If issue still persists, perform clean boot:

    Hi Richard,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

From my understanding of this issue, the faulty module dosvc.dll points to the Windows Update Delivery Optimization.
Delivery Optimization allows downloads from other PCs, you can check the link below as a reference:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/waas-delivery-optimization

1 . Try turn off Delivery Optimization in Settings to see if this issue happens again.
Open Settings --> click Update & Security --> click Delivery Optimization --> turn off Allow downloads from other PCs

2 . Run sfc /scannow in an elevated command prompt

3 . Try disable 3rd party antivirus software and check to see if you can fix the error.

4 . Check for available updates and keep your system updated.

Please remember to mark the reply as answer if it helps.

    Best regards,
    Molly
