I keep getting a square that it says from Microsoft but I am not sure if it is. It is asking me to download "CofSharpBrowserSubrecess", is this program from Microsoft? I have deleted 3 times but it keeps showing up.

CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe is a component of CefSharp developed by The CefSharp Authors. This file is not a Windows-based component, so you do not need to download it or can remove it if it is of no use for you. It is an executable file that is required in specific programs or devices like Razer Cortex or Razer Synapse.
