Hi There,
Shell.explorer.2 (registry key) has been used in one of the legacy application to launch the web browser. After IE end, will the Shell.explorer.2 will be updated to MS EDGE?
Could you please advise

Currently, the below code has been used in one of the
Legacy application.Looking for an option to use edge as IE is about to go away.

Set webpage= Controls.Add(“Shell.Explorer.2”,”webpage)
It would be very helpful if you could you advise on this

from what Nic Champagne Williamson wrote, IE will stop but not the WebBrowser ActiveX (about 2029) -
