And also this is win10 enterprise. 65-bit ver 1809.
Display issue when moving window to second monitor.
Just today a new issue arises. No update, nothing new, just out of the blue.
I am running a 4 year old hp laptop and have a comparable hp monitor on my desk.
The issue is that when I am working with a windowed application on my laptop and try to move it to my monitor, it goes behind the app on my monitor, not in front, as I drag it.
I normally keep my outlook on the monitor. I will move a window (it doesn't
matter which program) up to the monitor to get it out of the way or maybe do work on it. And because I am dragging it from the laptop it will remain on top of my outlook. I can see it as the selected window.
But today this issue pops up where I can not see or work on that window, as it goes behind the outlook.
Any ideas?

1.Kindly reset the monitor orders and change the primary monitor as a test.2.If possible, kindly perform the cleanboot to check if any background program impact the display order.
