SharePoint Online with On Premise Dynamic AX 2012 version 6.2.158.0

Question

We need to pass few SharePoint Online list field values like reference number, date, amount etc to On Premise Dynamic AX 2012 version 6.2.158.0 after the list approval process.

What is the best feasible solution for this ?
