Hey!
We are starting up a new project in Norway and wanted to test out having the database in Norway East/West instead of Europe West as previously used.
All information I can find says that PostgreSQL should be available:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/services/?products=postgresql
https://azure.microsoft.com/nb-no/global-infrastructure/data-residency/
At least for Norway East. When I try to create a database in Azure Portal it says: "Currently, the service is not available in this location for your subscription."
I'm currently using a "PayAsYouGo" subscription, are there any limits to which subscriptions can use the service?
Am I reading the information in the provided urls wrong?
Edit:
Even when I misspelled the location name in an arm template deployment it says:
List of available regions for the resource type is 'australiacentral,australiacentral2,australiaeast,australiasoutheast,brazilsouth,canadacentral,canadaeast,centralindia,centralus,eastasia,eastus2,eastus,francecentral,francesouth,germanywestcentral,japaneast,japanwest,koreacentral,koreasouth,northcentralus,northeurope,southafricanorth,southafricawest,southcentralus,southindia,southeastasia,norwayeast,switzerlandnorth,uaenorth,uksouth,ukwest,westcentralus,westeurope,westindia,westus,westus2'
Which includes norwayeast.
