Additional Storage for sharepoint site collection

Hello Guys,
Could Microsoft provide "cold storage" solution? And if so, what would be the price per GB or TB?
Each SP Site collection has a storage limit of 25 TB. Microsoft has made provisions to allow SharePoint Online customers to purchase additional SharePoint storage for $0.19 per GB per month. is there anything cheaper as my organization is a NGO
A cold solution is different that a storage that is always accessible. A cold solution is only available on demand, following an internal process, and then an agreed process or SLA with the provider of the storage, in order to access the data/documents. Because of this, the prices are much lower.
Could you please find out if SITS could help OCG to arrange such as "cold archive" with Microsoft and how much would that be?

Microsoft does not provide cold storage for SharePoint Online. If you need the additional storage, you'll have to purchase it at the rate Microsoft provides your organization.

Agree with Trevor. SharePoint does not support "cold storage".

1. The whole tenant storage is 1TB+0.5GB*licenced user+extra purchase storage space.
2. The per site collection storage limit is 25TB.
3. If you want to purchase more extra space, you can click “Buy storage” button under SharePoint Admin Center > Site collections > tool bar menu.
