Hello, I am trying to purchase a support plan with Azure. I am unable to because I receive this message when choosing to purchase Developer support.
This is preventing me from filing a support ticket for another issues I am having with a Azure SQL Server export job stuck in pending.

"Error purchasing Support Plan
User is not eligible to purchase support plan. Please contact Azure support for assistance."
So now I need to wait the basic support time frame to get any kind of support?? Even though I need support quicker than 1 day turn around??
Any more fixed/suggestions?

2024-07-17T12:39:11.0266667+00:00 I did create a Azure Support request for this. However response time was slow as I didn't have a paid plan, but could not pay for a plan as this was the problem!
Anyways, after 3-4 weeks of back and forth with Azure support it was solved by them.Directly from their email:
Resolution: I reached out to our internal teams with the HAR file and screenshots you provided in order to further troubleshoot why you were unable to purchase a support plan. Our internal team located a block on the account and, after many rounds of communication, they were able to remove the block so you were able to continue with your support plan purchase.
