How to publish API as an on-premise API in Azure ?

What are possible services where we can publish API as an on-premise API in Azure.
And if there are any options to publish API as an on-premise API from Azure Logic Apps and Azure API Management.

No, not accessing on-premise API in Azure.....but we need to create on-premise API in Azure.
And need to know like which all are the services used for creating on-premsie API's in AZzure.
And one more thing is like whether we can create on-premise API using Azure Logic app.

We need to create an API from Azure which should work only on on-premise system.

Actual requirement is like we have consumed on-premise API using Logic App Custom connector and Logic App.
Now, the problem is we need to expose cloud generated API from Logic App HTTP trigger as an On-Premise API.

@Vamshi Kishore KALIKOTA If you would like to connect to the logic app you can make a REST api call, using http client, to connect to the service endpoint. Something similar to :

In the example screenshot , the user is using httpclient to send the http request.
If you are using a Http connector then use the generated url

Now the third line in the screenshot is getting the response. You will make a post call with the request body or query parameters ( depending on your requirement)

but,
One thing here is how do I expose/publish that HTTP POST API as an on-premise API ?

You can create a web API application ,implement the REST call to logic app in the application and then publish it in your on-premise server. ( You may test it with IIS server). So you will make a call to the locally deployed API of the application and internally it would make a call to the logic app endpoint.

You will have to create the API application in your on-premise server i.e. you will develop the application locally and will deploy the application to a server.

You may refer to this ( in this example a call is made from an azure function, but you can implement the same in any application - web API or console , depending on your requirement) and make a call to the logic app endpoint.
