Hi,

for several months I'm facing with un managed system reboot.

For each server reboot, the event viewer log the following error:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
I noticed that the system reboot came up after windows update and restart.

I attached the event detail

thx Simone

Kernel Power 41 is a critical error and when the error appears users experience random system shutdown or the system shutdown completely.
And the error message appears: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Well, it is estimated that the main culprit behind getting the kernel power 41 critical errors is sound card drivers.
So, try updating the entire old and corrupted drivers to fix the problem. And it still facing the error than Change Power Settings.
In the search box type Power Settings > click Power & Sleep settings.
Then click Change when the computer sleeps >Change advanced power settings.
Double-click Hard disk > Turn off hard disk after > set to Never.
Double-click Sleep > Sleep after > set to Never
    Lastly, restart your System

I checked all your suggestion and everything seems fine.
But I had others 3 server reboot during working hours on 28/09 at 9:16, 9:40 and 10:36 but the users did't notice anything , no beep, no BSOD.
Moreover there are no memory dump available on the system.

    thanks
    Simone

no beep, no BSOD. Moreover there are no memory dump available on the system.

Sounds like some power related components may have failed.
